Plain-language version. A formal legal privacy policy is coming, but this is what we actually do.
What we store
Your plan data — names, roles, locations, preferences. The information you type into forms while building your Intentward Plan.
What we don't store
Passwords. Social Security numbers. Account numbers. Financial credentials. Documents themselves. We track where these things are, never the things themselves.
If you wouldn't write it on the back of a postcard, don't put it in your plan. We're a planner, not a vault.
Who has access
You. Your designated steward(s) when you choose to share. That's it.
We don't sell data to third parties. We don't build advertising profiles. We don't share your information with anyone you haven't explicitly named.
AI transparency
Your conversations with the planning advisor are processed by AI. We use your plan data to personalize the guidance you receive — that's the whole point.
We do not train AI models on your personal data. Anthropic's Claude API processes your messages under their data-handling commitments; conversation content is not used to train their foundation models.
Data deletion
You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account" and we'll handle it within 7 days.
Deletion is permanent. We do not retain backup copies of deleted accounts beyond standard infrastructure rolling backups, which age out within 30 days.
